Established in 2005 by two professional engineers, our firm is first and foremost a Land Development Civil Engineering company striving to be a respected icon in the industry for years to come. The two founding engineers, one specialized in Civil Engineering, the other with a diverse Coastal and Ocean Engineering background provide hands on management to every project.

Stephen and Clinton have serviced both public and private sector Clients taking projects from inception, through design, permitting and construction. We take a team approach to project management and always consider budgets, schedules and constructability in our designs.

We conduct our business with three main philosophies:

· Understand the Client’s wants and needs.

· Engineer the product with the Client’s needs included, regulations satisfied, and with as many of the Client’s wants as allowed.

· Exercise sound engineering judgment to simplify the design, often making it easier to permit and less costly to construct.
