Client: Reliance Housing Foundation
BTE teamed up once again with Cohen Freedman Encinosa Architects and the Reliance Housing Foundation to provide civil engineering design, permitting and construction observation services for this 76 unit affordable housing project.
The site is prominently located south of NW 6th Street on N. Andrews Avenue in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
The project is currently seeking LEED Certification.
Construction was completed by Facchina Construction ahead of schedule, in December 2011.
