Since 2009 BTE has performed miscellaneous civil engineering services for CC Dev Co. the Owner/Developer of the 515 acre multi phase development located at the intersection of Stirling Road and University Drive in the Cooper City, FL.
BTE has performed site construction observation services including permit close out and certifications.

Our most recent activities include the design of concrete sidewalk along Stirling Road (under construction), design of two right turn lanes along University Drive and Stirling Road (in permitting) as well as revisions to the storm drainage calculations and processing of the modification to the master permit for the entire site.
